- Availability of PLDT/NAP Box on a nearby post.
- If there is an available slot within that PLDT/NAP Box.
- The number of posts from your house to the available PLDT/NAP Box is called "Span". The higher the PLDT Plan you available, the longer Span Availability there is. If your house is far from the PLDT/NAP Box then selecting a higher plan could help.

It highly depends on the Reputation of the Area and also depends on the plan you selected.

Simply call 171 for PLDT Home and 177 for PLDT Enterprise. They will resolve your specific problems. We only handle applications and don't have powers over the technical team of PLDT.
You need to call 171 for Home and 177 for Enterprise, they would give you the instructions. If your lock-in contract has ended, you won't have to pay the Termination Fee.
If you are still under the lock-in period of your contract, you'll have to pay 3 times the amount of your Plan as Termination Fee. Make sure to notify PLDT as soon as possible so that you won't be blacklisted.
Yes, you can have multiple subscriptions, each of which are different addresses, this applies to both PLDT Home and PLDT Enterprise.
